Lance Medlin - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Medlin, a veteran of the United States Marine Corps, has an extensive global background in the oil and gas industry, having successfully led major capital developments from concept to operations for ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, BP, and others. In such roles, he has served as Chief Operating Officer, Country Manager, Executive Vice President, Project Executive, Project Director, and Executive Project Sponsor.
In his career, Mr. Medlin has directly managed development budgets from <$5MM to >$40,000MM successfully delivering complex facilities in both established and developing countries, varying from pipelines in Yemen, water inject facilities in Iraq, offshore facilities in New Zealand, Brazil, and USA, as well as US based Refining assets.
Mr. Medlin is an Engineer with degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Organizational Management, bringing with him 25 years’ industry experience in Corporate Development and Project Execution.
Amy R. Henry CPA, JD - Chief Financial Officer
Amy was named by the Houston Chronicle in 2019, “Women Who Take the Lead in Building Houston’s Tech Ecosystem” (related to the launch of Eunike Ventures). Eunike was listed in 2022 as the ‘Top 6 Accelerators/Incubators Investing in Houston’ and the ‘Top 11 Best and Most Active Accelerator in Houston’.
Amy served as CEO/Co-Founder of Eunike Ventures and Lambda Catalyzer, angel investor, TiE Houston board member, principal of TiE ATX LLC (Angels of Texas), and co-founder of Texas Innovation & Entrepreneurship Foundation.
Amy has worked globally in the energy industry with/for organizations such as Petronas, Royal Dutch Shell (Gas & Power; Shell Upstream International, Shell E&P Technology & Research, Shell Technology Ventures), Ernst & Young LLP and Arthur Andersen.
Amy is a frequent speaker on energy issues as it relates to technology & innovation, investment and the changing landscape, technology adoption/acceleration, and realizing the entrepreneurial spirit. She was awarded TiE Global’s “Best TiE University Mentor” in 2021/2022.

Vikas Moharir - Chief Development Officer
Mr. Moharir is a multi-functional, self-motivated, independent leader with a proven track record of delivering profitable growth, lifetime business development revenues exceeding $ 1 BN covering major and minor capital projects, engineering alliances, continuous operations, maintenance, and turnaround solutions, knowledge of cutting-edge tools and technologies, and work practices in the global project development, engineering, construction and maintenance industries, covering Oil, Gas, LNG, Petrochemical, Manufacturing, Storage and the Energy Transition markets.
During the course of his career, Mr. Moharir has established an extensive business network partnering with Global Industry Leaders, such as ExxonMobil, Chevron, Energy Transfer, Kinder Morgan, Shell Chemicals, ARAMCO, SABIC, DuPont, Chemours, Amazon, Microsoft, LS Power, etc.
Mr. Moharir has over 40 years of global market experience having lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the USA.
Vikas earned an M.Sc in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, He has a working knowledge of 6 languages and has had leadership roles in multiple industry organizations, such as the Construction Industry Institute and Rice Global Forum.
David Walker - Executive Vice President, Commercial
With extensive experience in construction and operations management, Mr. Walker excels in business growth analysis and project management within the power, oil and gas industries. Known for critical path improvement solutions and fast-track service provision, David has a proven track record in the development of early phase business models and capital projects, complex contract negotiations, market penetration and optimization, and international negotiations.
Mr. Walker has founded and sold multiple companies, generating revenue from zero to $30 million in the oil and gas sectors. He has successfully managed all aspects of P&L, proposal, and RFP processes, overseen major global design and construction projects and administered major contract negotiations and compliance for complex multi-organizational governmental and privatized contracts.
Dan Schild - Executive Vice President, Business Services
Mr. Schild, a graduate with a B.S. in Management from Case Western Reserve University in 1990, has been a Project Controls Specialist with 35 years of experience in project management focusing on cost controls, estimating, and planning/scheduling. Background includes Project Scheduling Manager, Project Controls Manager, Estimating Manager, and Construction Management. He has spent equal time of his career working as a client rep and directly for EPC contractors.
He has experience in projects from <$5MM to >$1,000MM, grass roots for Oil and Gas, Chemical Plants, Power Plants, Infrastructure, shutdowns (both capital and maintenance), unit revamps, and Offshore Platforms Brownfield/Greenfield work and subsea projects.
His knowledge base also includes risk management, front-end packages, detail design, procurement, construction, systems turnover, commissioning, and start-up.
Brant Butler - EVP HSE & Organizational Culture
Mr. Butler is a results-driven Global Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) executive with over 20 years of experience leading transformational safety initiatives in high-risk, multinational environments. He brings a proven ability to reduce incidents, enhance performance, and embed a culture of safety from the field to the boardroom. Brant is recognized for implementing innovative Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) systems and HSEQ strategies that align operational excellence with sustainability. His leadership has strengthened regulatory compliance, improved safety outcomes, and built organizational resilience across cross-cultural teams.
He has led complex projects across the Middle East, Africa, South Korea, and the Americas, driving enterprise-wide HSE integration within the oil & gas and clean energy sectors. More recently, Brant has supported start-ups developing First-Of-A-Kind (FOAK) technologies by establishing strong HSE frameworks and positive cultural foundations that improve risk assessments, promote employee accountability, and build investor confidence. Known for turning safety from a compliance obligation into a strategic advantage, Brant holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership and a BS in Environmental Management.
Jos VanBom - Executive Vice President, Project Development
Mr. VanBom is a seasoned energy executive with over 30 years of progressive leadership in project development, engineering, and strategic execution within the oil and gas sector. As Executive Vice President of Project Development, he oversees the conception and planning required to develop Red Post Energy’s most complex projects.
With a proven track record of developing multi-billion-dollar capital projects across global markets, with Exxon Mobil, Chevron and BP, Mr. VanBom combines deep technical expertise with strategic vision to advance the energy transition while ensuring reliability, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. He specializes in developing power infrastructure including gas-to-power, co-generation, renewables integration, and electrification of oilfield operations.
Prior to his current role at Red Post Energy, Mr. VanBom has held senior leadership positions at ExxonMobil, Chevron and BP. He is known for building high-performance teams, forging strong industry partnerships, and championing innovation in project delivery.
Mr. VanBom holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation and Controls, and serves on advisory boards focused on energy innovation and sustainable development.
