  • Hon. James E. Campos

    President, Red Post Energy Futures

    The Honorable James E. Campos is a distinguished public- and private-sector leader with extensive experience across energy, infrastructure, and economic development. Most recently, he served as Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he supported statewide priorities tied to business growth, strategic investment, and the advancement of key industries, including energy and infrastructure. He previously served as Assistant Secretary/Director at the U.S. Department of Energy, where he also served on five White House councils during his tenure. As President of Red Post Energy Futures, James helps drive the company’s strategic growth by advancing opportunities in power generation, infrastructure development, and broader energy initiatives, while leveraging his deep experience in policy, economic development, and public-private partnership building.

    Mr. Campos graduated with a bachelor of Arts in History and a Masters of Science in Strategic Management from the University of Maryland at College Park as well as an International MBA from the University of Glasgow, Scotland, U.K.

    Retired U.S. Marine Corps Colonel and former senior executive with deep expertise in operations, strategy, and industrial energy systems. Decorated combat leader, commanding infantry units from company to task force level and earning two Bronze Stars with Valor and the Purple Heart. Senior executive at General Electric, Toyota Material Handling, and Atlas Energy Solutions.

  • Michael Moran

    CIO, Red Post Energy Futures

    Michael E. Moran is a Washington, DC–based senior geopolitical, economic, and public policy advisor with more than two decades of experience across state and federal government, global financial institutions, and public affairs. He previously served as Deputy Secretary for Commerce and Trade for the Commonwealth of Virginia, where he advised on investment and growth strategy across life sciences, defense technology, shipbuilding, advanced manufacturing, and semiconductors. Michael also led U.S. Government and Public Affairs at Deutsche Bank and served as Head of U.S. Public Policy at Credit Suisse, advising senior leadership on policy strategy, regulatory risk, reputation, and stakeholder engagement. He began his public policy career in the U.S. Senate and currently serves as a Major in the U.S. Army Reserve, supporting CENTCOM and AFRICOM mission sets. Michael holds an MBA from The George Washington University, a graduate certificate from UCLA, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wyoming, and speaks both German and Japanese.

  • William A. Becerra

    EVP, Engineering & Interfaces

    Mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience leading engineering and interface management for large-scale energy and industrial projects worldwide. He has held senior roles across major developments, including YASREF in Saudi Arabia, Petrozuata in Venezuela, and refining programs with Phillips 66 and Marathon Petroleum. Becerra also serves as the owner of Excel Ingenieros Consultores LLC, specializing in the design and fabrication of pressure vessels and heat exchangers. He most recently has led engineering and interface efforts on major refinery and energy infrastructure projects in the United States and the Middle East, including developments in Texas and NEOM Industrial City.

    Public relations and government affairs executive with more than 20+ years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement, and business development. Leads public relations initiatives for Red Post Energy Group and its subsidiaries, supporting executive positioning, media strategy, investor communications, and industry engagement across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Known for connecting policy, business, and communications to advance high-impact projects and partnerships.

    Executive Administrator

    Administrative professional with extensive experience supporting C-suite leadership, executive coordination, and day-to-day office operations. Skilled in managing scheduling, and organizational logistics. Responsible for creating efficient workflows and helping Red Post Energy Group and its subsidiaries leadership teams operate effectively in their fast-paced corporate environment.

    Brigadier General (Ret.) Blaine Holt is the Senior Aerospace & Defense Advisor at Xeriant Inc., bringing decades of leadership across military, diplomatic, and technology sectors. A decorated Air Force Commander, he led one of the DoD’s most complex logistics missions during the Afghan surge in Kyrgyzstan, earning a Bronze Star and a Council on Foreign Relations fellowship. General Holt later served as the 2nd-highest-ranking U.S. military official at NATO, where his strategic leadership during geopolitical crises earned him recognition as the Supreme Allied Commander’s #1 Strategist and Innovator​.

    Madhivanan T.A. serves as a strategic advisor to Red Post Energy Group, bringing more than 30 years of global experience across the public and private sectors in the energy, chemicals, oil & gas, refinery, automotive, and technology industries. Currently, he serves as the Director of Global Supply Chain at Microsoft, where he leads mission-critical data center infrastructure delivery across the Eastern U.S. and critical data center infrastructure execution in Latin America, managing multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

    Vikas Moharir serves as a strategic advisor to Red Post Energy Group, bringing extensive global experience. An accomplished executive with extensive experience in business development and strategic leadership within the engineering and construction sectors. He is adept at navigating complex projects across the energy industry, including oil & gas, petrochemicals, and chemical engineering. His experience includes significant tenures at renowned companies, showcasing a commitment to delivering safe and effective engineering solutions. He is known for his innovative approach, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance project outcomes.

    Brant Butler serves as Senior Advisor to Red Post Energy Group, bringing extensive global HSE leadership experience. Brant currently serves as the Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety at Patriot Erectors, LLC, bringing over 20 years of global experience leading HSEQ programs across the energy, construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors. He has driven transformational safety initiatives in high-risk, multinational environments, reducing incidents and embedding a strong safety culture from the field to the boardroom at a multi-billion-dollar level.​

    A distinguished engineering and corporate governance leader, she has served as an independent Board Director for a publicly traded company (NASDAQ) and has served on advisory boards across energy, startups, and higher education. A trailblazer in the engineering profession, she was the first woman admitted to the Texas Tau Beta Pi Chapter in Austin, Texas, and later served as Past Board Chair of the Rice Engineering and Construction Global Forum. Her leadership has earned national recognition across business, engineering, and women’s leadership circles with features in the Wall Street Journal, Houston Business Journal , and the Houston Chronicle.
