Currently, he serves as the Director of Global Supply Chain at Microsoft, where he leads mission-critical data center infrastructure delivery across the Eastern U.S. and critical data center infrastructure execution in Latin America, managing multi-billion-dollar capital programs.

Brant Butler serves as Senior Advisor to Red Post Energy Group, bringing extensive global HSE leadership experience. Brant currently serves as the Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety at Patriot Erectors, LLC, bringing over 20 years of global experience leading HSEQ programs across the energy, construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors. He has driven transformational safety initiatives in high-risk, multinational environments, reducing incidents and embedding a strong safety culture from the field to the boardroom at a multi-billion-dollar level.​
