  • Brigadier General Blaine D. Holt, USAF (Ret.)

    Brigadier General (Ret.) Blaine “Blaino” Holt is the Senior Aerospace & Defense Advisor at Xeriant Inc., bringing decades of leadership across military, diplomatic, and technology sectors. A decorated Air Force Commander, he led one of the DoD’s most complex logistics missions during the Afghan Surge in Kyrgyzstan, earning a Bronze Star and a Council on Foreign Relations fellowship. Blaine later served as the 2nd-highest-ranking U.S. military official at NATO, where his strategic leadership during geopolitical crises earned him recognition as the Supreme Allied Commander’s “#1 Strategist and Innovator.” A former COO, President, and CEO, he now guides innovation in defense, AI, data science, and advanced technologies. He has advised leaders and organizations around the world on strategy, innovation, leadership, and organizational resilience. A nationally recognized Newsmax Contributor and lifelong CFR member, Blaine is known for his dynamic energy, sharp insight, and unwavering commitment to advancing global security and innovation worldwide.

  • Brant Butler

    Brant Butler is Vice President of Environmental, Health & Safety at Patriot Erectors, LLC, bringing over 20 years of global experience leading HSEQ programs across the energy, construction, manufacturing, and technology sectors. He has driven transformational safety initiatives in high-risk, multinational environments, reducing incidents and embedding a strong safety culture from the field to the boardroom. Known for his collaborative and data-driven approach, he empowers teams to take ownership of safety and sustainability goals. Brant has led multi billion dollar construction projects, developed ISO aligned management systems, and implemented innovative Behavior Based Safety and ESG strategies that link operational excellence with sustainability. His leadership has enhanced compliance, performance, and organizational resilience across diverse, cross cultural teams in regions including the Middle East, Africa, South Korea, and the Americas. Brant holds a BS in Environmental Management and an MBA in Organizational Leadership.

  • Madhivanan T.A.

    Madhivanan T. A. (“Madhi”) is a strategic global leader with over 30 years of cross-sector experience spanning energy, chemicals, oil & gas, refinery, automotive, and technology industries. As Director of Global Supply Chain at Microsoft, he leads mission-critical data center and power infrastructure delivery across the Eastern United States and Latin America, managing multi-billion-dollar capital programs that power the global digital economy. Before Microsoft, Madhi spent over a decade at DOW Inc., leading mega-projects and complex turnaround programs across Europe, LATAM, Asia, and the Middle East. His earlier experience at Reliance Industries, Maruti Suzuki, and Honda refined his mastery of capital execution, global supply chain agility, scenario planning, and operational resilience. A PMP-certified executive, ICF-certified coach, and Harvard-trained board leader, Madhi combines disciplined execution with a human-centered, forward-looking leadership approach to deliver sustainable performance, organizational growth, and transformative global impact.

  • Vikas Moharir

    Vikas brings over 40 years of global industry experience across Oil & Gas, LNG, Chemicals, Hydrogen/Ammonia, Power, Food & Pharma, and Industrial Automation, with leadership roles spanning project management, EPC execution, technology licensing, business development, operations, and process/control systems engineering, and has led major projects across the U.S., Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific from early design (FEL0) through startup. At Red Post Energy LLC, he serves as an Advisory Board Member supporting the development of gas-fueled power solutions for Data Centers and contributing to RPE’s long-term strategy of integrating small modular nuclear reactors. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemical engineering from the University of London and an MBA from Henley Management College, is fluent in five languages, and after growing up in India and spending 20 years in the Netherlands, now lives in Texas where he remains engaged in community development efforts in Saratoga.

    Peter is a seasoned energy executive with over 40 years of international experience in the upstream oil and gas sector, spanning both Operator and Service industries. Renowned for creating and leading collaborative business models, he has founded and driven successful ventures including RDS, Petrofac Mexico, and PetroAlfa. His career spans the North Sea, Middle East, Far East, and Latin America, where he has led greenfield developments and mature field revitalizations while establishing new business units across diverse jurisdictions. Recently, Peter has expanded into Geothermal Energy, leveraging his deep expertise in subsurface engineering, well construction, and project management. With a rare blend of technical, commercial, and strategic acumen, he consistently delivers operational excellence while upholding the highest standards of safety, ethics, and team development. A dynamic communicator and mentor, Peter is known for inspiring performance and building resilient, high-integrity organizations across global energy markets.
