He has led multinational teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, designing scalable Safety Management Systems for both established operators and first-of-a-kind clean technology ventures.
Currently HSE Director for Syzygy Plasmonics, Brant specializes in building adaptable safety frameworks that support innovation, regulatory compliance, and capital readiness. His expertise spans SEMS, PSM, ISO auditing, change management, and behavior-based safety programs, strengthening operational resilience and enterprise value across complex infrastructure environments.
