Lance Medlin is the CEO & Founder of Red Post Energy Group and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran with more than 25 years of leadership experience across oil, gas, and power generation sectors. He has led global operations and large-scale organizations, driving operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.
Prior to founding Red Post Energy Group, Lance held senior executive roles — including CEO, COO, President, and Country Manager — for major energy companies such as Shell and ExxonMobil. He has overseen capital projects ranging from under $5 million to more than $40 billion.
Lance holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Operational Management and brings disciplined leadership to building impactful energy enterprises.
Jos VanBom
Jos VanBom serves as Chief Technology Officer of Red Post Energy Group, bringing more than 30 years of global experience in engineering, construction, mechanical completion and commissioning of large-scale energy projects. He has led multidisciplinary teams of up to 200 personnel across onshore and offshore developments, including ultra-deepwater projects, FPSOs, TLPs, fixed platforms, and complex greenfield and brownfield facilities.
Jos has worked with major operators including ExxonMobil, Chevron, and BP, overseeing projects across West Africa, Canada, the North Sea, and Asia. Known for operational discipline and early-stage integration, he ensures seamless transitions from FEED and detailed engineering through construction, commissioning, and handover to operations.
Aibek Uraimov
Aibek Uraimov serves as Chief Financial Officer of Red Post Energy Group, bringing more than 20 years of experience in finance, capital strategy, and energy infrastructure development. He has led capital raises and structured complex projects ranging from $30-$40 million across the Greater Houston region, supporting high-stakes power and industrial developments.
Aibek has advised major global energy firms including ExxonMobil, Ørsted, TC Energy, Saudi Aramco, and Petrograd on feasibility analysis, investment planning, and strategic financial structuring across power generation, renewables, and energy storage. His disciplined financial oversight and strategic insight support Red Post Energy Group’s scalable growth and long-term capital strategy.
Jorge Santos
Jorge Santos serves as Chief Commercial Officer of Red Post Energy Group and is a seasonal global executive with extensive experience leading large-scale EPC and EPCM projects across the energy value chain. He has delivered complex infrastructure developments spanning oil and gas, power generation, renewable fuels, gas processing, and energy transition solutions.
Jorge brings a proven track record advancing multi-billion-dollar power generation facilities across the Americas, Caribbean, and Asia, overseeing projects from early development through engineering, construction, and operational handover. Known for disciplined execution and strategic commercial leadership, he aligns technical, financial, and operational stakeholders to succesfully deliver high-impact energy infrastructure worldwide.
Hon. James E. Campos
Hon. James E. Campos serves as President of Red Post Energy Futures. He previously served as Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade under Governor Glenn Youngkin, where he advanced strategic government relations, economic development, and energy investment initiatives across the Commonwealth of Virginia. In addition to his service under Governor Youngkin, he was also a gubernatorial appointee under two prior administrations, reflecting confidence in his leadership across bicoastal governorships.
James is a former U.S. Presidential, Senate confirmed Appointee under President Donald J. Trump (96-2), serving as Assistant Secretary for the U.S. Department of Energy. In that role, he promoted major public-sector energy initiatives and advanced federal policy focused on economic development, infrastructure resilience, and national energy security.
He brings deep public (both state & federal) and private expertise, policy leadership, and disciplined execution to next-generation energy and infrastructure development nationwide.
Dr. Justin Vèlez-Hagan
Dr. Justin Vélez-Hagan serves as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and Project Finance for Red Post Energy Futures. An economist and policy leader, he advises public and private sector executives on macroeconomic strategy, fiscal policy, and capital formation. He previously served as Deputy Chief of Staff and Senior Economic Advisor to Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin, helping oversee statewide operations and guide administration of the Commonwealth’s $87+ billion budget.
Dr. Vèlez-Hagan specializes in aligning public policy, infrastructure development, and market strategy to accelerate investment and long-term growth. A combat veteran, news commentator and author, he brings disciplined leadership, national policy insight, and capital markets expertise to our complex energy and infrastructure initiatives nationwide.
